Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi & Haryana, issued an adjudication order against Shivnath Holdings Private Limited for violating Section 12(3)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The company failed to print its Corporate Identity Number (CIN) on its official letterhead. This action followed directions from the Regional Director (RD) based on an inspection report under Section 206 of the Companies Act, 2013. The ROC sent show-cause notices (SCNs) to the company and its directors. While one director received a notice, the company eventually acknowledged the violation in a subsequent reply. As per the order, Shivnath Holdings Private Limited is classified as a small company. Consequently, the penalty amount was reduced. The company and its directors, Isha Garg and Mahesh Chander, were directed to pay the reduced penalty within 90 days. The order also instructs the company to rectify the default by including the CIN on its letterheads and file the necessary e-form.

The order outlines the process for appealing the decision to the Regional Director.
